To be eligible for the Golden Visa in Dubai, you must meet certain criteria. This includes:

  • Investing in property worth at least AED 1 million (approximately $272,000 USD).
  • Owning a company with a minimum capital of AED 10 million (approximately $2.7 million USD).
  • Having a minimum salary of AED 30,000 (approximately $8,170 USD) per month.
  • Holding a PhD degree from a top 500 university and having a minimum of two published papers in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Being a recognized entrepreneur who has been awarded by a government entity or a reputable international organization.
